In the newfound age of Cyber Security there is much that still needs to be done before the industry can function without all of the difficulties currently faced. Every day it seems like a new cyber attack has overtaken another victim. This cyber threat is so big that President Barak Obama passed the Cybersecurity Act of 2015 . Among other things, this act calls for increases in information sharing between businesses and the federal government. It also has a hefty dollar amount behind it. In the 2017 budget, the president is allocating more than $19 billion to be used for cybersecurity . With all of the threats out in the internet of things, companies need to find personnel that can analyze the traffic flowing in/out of the systems. Some of these companies do not have the manning or experience to support this growing need and they look to other companies to provide this vital service for them. Cyber security companies provide monitoring and analysis services in the form of a contract or subscription basis. One such company that may someday exist is Blue Hat Security(BHS) Solutions, LLC. This company is being developed conceptually through courses that are being taken in pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management at Amridge University. There are also real world job experiences that are allowing this student to learn more about the cyber threats that exist and ways in which these threats can be minimized or prevented.
